Do I need equipment?
Most of the movements use a resistance band, and a few use light dumbbells. Nothing fancy. Just something light enough to keep the movements controlled.
How long is the workshop?
The main workshop is about 15 minutes. There’s also a follow-along version and individual exercise videos you can come back to anytime.
Is this a full workout program?
No. This is a simple, focused set of movements you can use to support your body during the week, not a full program.
How often should I do this?
